real simple to operate and make ICE!
I have never owned an ice maker before....and this little machine is amazing! It's real simple to get up and going and making the ice! just keep putting in water and wait for the ice to be made!

From the pictures I looked at when ordering, I expected the ice to be pellet-shaped but they're little trapezoids. But they're nicely dense and slushy like I wanted, perfect for chewing up without hurting your teeth. Yum!

The customer service for this product is unmatched. I had an issue with my ice maker, contacted the company, and they provided a rapid response and a fair resolution to the problem. I would DEFINITELY purchase this product again and would purchase other items provided by this company. The light, crunchy ice is just right for cold beverages. Excellent customer service!

You may not have a warranty
It started out great. In fact so good that I bought one for my home and one for my office. Then the one I purchased on December 20, 2024 started making noise and then it started squealing and not making ice at all. I understand that there is a one year warranty but I cannot seem to find a contact number. The ice is great but the make may be junk.
