Face it, you're buying this because of The Sopranos. This stuff is quite delicious- a bit like hard salami sliced thin with the looseness of ham. Add smokey flavor and a bit more greasyness and you've got your capicola (gabagool) I'll likely buy more here as it's kind of a rare meat that you won't find in any regular Walmart deli place.

If I ate it cold the flavor was too strong and not what I was hoping for. However as with other cold cuts when I microwaved it and got it slightly crispy it tasted very good. (sort of like a delicious bacon)

The first time I ordered this product it was perfectly fine. The meat tasted juicy & delicious. I ordered again before Christmas (on a different account) the product was dry and discolored so I sent it back. They sent me a new batch a week or so later and it was still dry, I was beyond disappointed....

The Capicola is easy to chew, is not too spicy, has optimum dryness, and is easy to use packaged.

Great quality , almost homemade in texture and size too. Package was sealed well but not resealable. Flavor similar to a slim Jim jerky .

Taste great. Enjoy it with wine and cheeses. Regular customer here. I highly recommend this product.

Ordered December 8. Received February 11. It arrived in sealed plastic packets. This was very appropriate as the capicola was as stiff as plastic, tasted like plastic and reeked of plastic; it was also covered in some kind of grease. Inedible. All 3 packs went into the garbage. I was afraid to give it to my dogs even. Can I give this product a minus?

Delicious! Ordered four times so far.....even sent one as a gift and was greatly appreciated.
