I have extremely sensitive skin as well as allergies to most scents, including most essential oils. I haven't been able to wear deodorants in years because of this. My sister who has similar issues was brave and gave hibar a try...and raved. So I decided to give it a whirl. Omgosh. Amazing. Totally works and actually has no scent and no skin issues. I'm so grateful. And the icing on the cake is the lack of plastic! I have no problems with application and love the container. This is a win all around. I do wish it wasn't quite so expensive, but that is literally my only issue.

Had a good experience with one of HiBar’s scented deodorants so decided to give this unscented one a go. Only noticed it was baking soda-free after ordering but still decided to try it and, one month later, I can say it’s just as effective as most other deodorants. Whether these natural deodorants work is IME dependent on your body chemistry. For some they won’t at all, for others only ones with baking soda will, but if your body can play nice with this one then you’ll benefit from a deodorant that goes on smoothly, is easy on your skin, doesn’t stain your clothes, is made with good ingredients and gives you an effective scent-free option.

Hard to apply, does not work. Does not stop sweat or bad smell that comes with sweat, does not stay long, and has a waxy feeling when you try to wash it off in the shower.

Since this is not an antiperspirant which I knew going in, It isn't quite as effective as my old deodorant. It does fine for a portion of the day , but any amount of sweating overwhelms it. If it's a cool day or I reapply it does fine. I do really appreciate the plastic free aspect. And just to be clear It works at least as well or better than other plastic free deodorants I have tried.

Scent is light and very effective. Love the ecological packaging!

This deodorant is very effective. I sweat a lot and it absorbs sweat, odor. It has a nice clean scent. It lasts a long time. HOWEVER, the only negative is I didn't read the ingredients fully and didn't notice until I had used it a while that it contains diatomaceous earth. I use that stuff to kills bugs around the outside of our house, it's supposed to have tiny shards that cut the insects one they ingest it. So... I'm hesitant to use on my skin. Although it does work I won't reorder just because of that 1 ingredient that I'm just not sure I want in my body.

A re-order! Aluminum free and works really well

It is very hard, so doesn't apply well, and scrapes your armpits! I tried to keep applying, thinking it would warm up so to better apply, but noooo! It has a funky push up bottom to advance the deodorant up higher, so pushes deodorant back down when you apply! Bad concept right there!! Most importantly it just doesn't work, was stinky all day!!!! :((( It was cheaper, but going back to "Each and Every" brand, cause it get the job done!!! Worth the couple of dollars more.
