The seats are very comfortable and are easy to lower and raise smoothly. My wife and I both love the look and feel of these stools. I did notice a bit of scuffs on the bases but the black color hides it well. One of the chairs had a base that was damaged to the point where it barely fit to the part that allows the seat to raise and lower. I reached out to the seller on desertcart and was very impressed with how quickly they were to respond and resolve the issue. I couldn't be more happy with this purchase and recommend these bar stools.

These stools are amazing. They were easy to put together, the material feels like it’s pretty good quality and they are not too heavy but also feel durable. they have rubber on the bottom to prevent scratching but i have scratch resistant floors so i can’t say for sure if it works. They have a lot of room for adjusting to the height you want which makes them pretty versatile. Overall I say it’s a good buy compared to other stools and reviews i’ve read for the price.
