This so far has giving me a great boost off energy for the whole day along with curbing my appetite. It tastes great and easy to mix whether at home or at the gym. I have not notice any type of crash at all or side effects and have had great energy so I'd say this has been very effective. This has been a great value for my money at under $2 a day. I would highly suggest trying this for energy, weightloss and a pre workout drink!

It really gives me the additional push I need in the morning to go through my workout. I feel stronger.

This i believe is working. You have to find the right ratio with the scoop and water. Too much and it taste chalky. I use about 20oz with 1 scoop and taste good. I believed its working because the first time, i felt the jitters, eventho I drink a ghost or monster almost daily and those dont give me the jitters.. I tried it several times before my workout and seems to be giving me the little extra boost in my 5km run on a specific treadmill (not all treadmills run/feel the same). I'll keep using it as I only been using it for a week or so (5/14/2026)

One scoop didn’t seem like enough but watch out when you take two

Flavor is ok if you like kiwi strawberry, I don't care for it but there's only 2 flavor options. I googled for something similar to AlphaLion Superhuman Burn and this was a top related product. It's nothing like it though for energy and that burn for working out. I don't see any effects from it positive or negative yet. The scoops are very small compared to other products so maybe I'll try 2 next time. Probably won't buy again, but that's based off looking for something that this isn't. Not a product issue, just bad researching probably.

I prefere to use this product over coffee. It gives the boost of caffeine without the crash coffee can have. It's sweet yet has no sugar. You do have to swirl it around in between sips since there's some separation, but that's like any pre-work out or bcaa powder.

Product is rock hard wouldn’t really call it much of a powder, I understand this must be a bad batch unfortunate for me I guess!!

The tub arrived sealed and the expiry date is 06/26, however when I opened it the powder inside was completely hardened like cement. The scoop was stuck inside the solid powder and it’s impossible to scoop or measure properly. In its current state the product is unfortunately unusable. Adding photos so other buyers can see how it arrived.
