Mixed with conditioner. Works on orange. Left in for 45 min. Does have a blue tinge but I actually like it. Leave on for less time and it won’t turn hair blue. Only 4 stars for price point.

Messy and ineffective
I bought this product to try to tone down some of the orangey in the lower layers of my blonde hair. Unfortunately, this stuff stained my hands and not much else. I saw no visible toning difference on my hair, yet my hands stayed navy blue for two days. I don't recommend this product.
