These work perfectly and seal great during the brewing process. The only thing you have to keep in mind: don't overfill and the lid might pop off when it drops in the disposing receptacle when you lift the Nespresso lid (I don't know the terminologies). Otherwise, these are awesome and we've saved SO much money since reusing our pods. In case anyone is confused on how this works, you just pull back the aluminum on some old Nespresso pods to dispose of the grounds, then you have an empty Nespresso pod to fill and put this little lid on any time you need to. There's a barcode under the edge of the pod that tells the scanner what size to use, so if you clean a small pod - it'll brew an espresso. If you clean a big pod, it'll brew a coffee, and so on so forth. Really cool that they designed these so that us frugal folk can enjoy our machines!!

Much easier than the foil lids I’d been using. Works great! Saves money

This is a game changer. So easy to use. Just fill the pod with three scoops of coffee using the provided spoon. Three scoops will ensure that the pod is not overfilled. Then put the silicone lid. The fit is perfect and closes easily. The whole process is less than 10 seconds. Much easier than aligning an aluminum foil. This silicone lid contraption makes perfect coffee, with good amount of crema. Best of all, you can use whatever ground coffee you like while saving money. As of now, I haven’t experienced any leaks. It seems the leads are pretty durable, but it has been only a week and I made about 10 cups using one lid only.

This works perfectly in our Nespresso Vertuo Pop machine. We didn’t have any issues with overflowing yet, like some other reviewers. It still produces the same great coffee/espresso. As you can see in the photo, you still get that great crema from the coffee! I’m so glad we found this as I love the way the Nespresso machines brew coffee, but the pods are so expensive. Also, I wasn’t crazy about the other reusable products out there that have you replacing a foil lid every time. This is so easy with the silicone lid. You just pop it off and rinse the pod. You don’t have to worry about precision cutting with a razor every time. This was a great buy and allows us to fully enjoy our machine without breaking the bank.

What a slick item. Saves me probably $75 per month. Fast, easy, clean, no mess. Use your own coffee and it works perfectly just as good as the expensive pods you need to buy. Love this.

These have worked well for me. Not perfect — more water collects in the tray — but overall I find them to be a very good way to save money. Even inexpensive coffee tastes good, and I like that I can recycle and use pods over and over again. The small razor that comes with it works well to remove foils lids, although it tends to rust. I have recommended to others.

I like the idea of saving money by using this instead of buying expensive pods. Only thing we cannot control is how fast the water brews for a cup of coffee. So I compared nespresso reusebale pod with my old keurig reusuebale pod and there's definitely a difference in taste for the coffee. Unfortunately , I think the nepresso pushes out the water too quickly and the coffee comes out tasting diluted. Versus the keurig , I can click strong and the water comes out slower and I can actually taste the coffee. I did find a solution! I'm not making espresso but I did grind the medium ground coffee even finer, and the coffee taste came out stronger. It probably doens't taste the same if I brew it properly with the right method but at least the coffee doesn't taste diluted. And I can still enjoy the coffee taste and save money on pods. Wish it came with capsules so I don't have to cut the foil off used pods and wash and reuse them.

These silicon lids are nicely designed. I bought a couple different ones and these are definitely the best. They are thicker than some of the others that are available, plus the seal ring that fits in the cup has a double seal. Reuse the store-bought Nespresso aluminum cup by carefully peeling off the aluminum lid, tapping out the grounds (save for your garden), fill with fresh coffee grounds, tamp down with a small flat bottomed measuring spoon, press the silicon lid on, and you’re all set I wash my lids and cups and reuse them over and over again. Saves a lot of money since the Nespresso cups are so expensive. It’s been a couple months now and have had no problem with leaks. The coffee is great.

Buying from Nespresso was getting expensive, I dont know where they all go but I do know I'm always running out.. Minimum £50 order for coffee that, lets be honest, doesn't taste that good.. Ok, but not mind blowing.. So, I bought this little gadget and I couldn't be happier with my new morning Illy coffee.. Word to the wise, be careful and read the instructions.. They say "medium fine" coffee - Don't stress it, all UK supermarket ground coffee is medium fine - so take your pick.. Next up, the important bit, don't overfill the pod.. leave a few mm space and don't pat the coffee down to get more in - in this case, less really is more... In conclusion, if you want to beat "the man" and use your own coffee - buy this super cool gadget. I couldn't be more impressed, and I'm saving money. *** Update after 13 Coffees *** This thing is amazing. I bought a 250g Illy tin and so far made 13 lovely coffees - with at least 2/3's left in the tin. I estimate, for £7, you'll get 40+ coffees (double espresso or full cup) The equivalent pods at Nespresso will cost £22.80 (based on the Double Espresso Dolce pods) I hope this helps you guys save some money.

Una opción excelente para dejar de comprar cápsulas. Solo tienes que coger las cápsulas utilizadas y con el cúter, recortar la tapa por el borde. Una vez limpia la cápsula, es rellenar hasta el margen de la tapa y no apretar mucho el café, con unos toques con la cuchara es suficiente. Ya llevamos muchos cafés y sale delicioso. La máquina no da ningún problema… Pd:comprar un café de calidad.
