I LOVE this frother. I’ve recently started adding more protein into my diet, which occasionally means making smoothies with added protein powder. Having this product really makes it easy to blend the protein powder into milk and yogurt with no lumps. I also like making iced coffee in the summer, so I use the froth to whip up the milk a bit, butI don’t think I’ve ever had to use the high speed on this thing. Low and medium are strong enough to mix protein powder, and to froth up milk for my iced coffees. It’s so easy to use, and very easy to charge. It has a charging cord, but it doesn't come with a block to plug it in …still, I imagine we all have a couple of those lying around, don’t we? I also want to mention that I bought this as a previously purchased item. It’s the first time I did that, and I was a little skittish about it, but it was in pristine condition and it works like a charm. I have a feeling somebody else bought it, tried it out, but didn’t like it and returned it, so I got something that had been used once or twice. I gave it a really solid washing, even though it didn’t look like it needed it – just to be safe – but it is a great piece of equipment and was much less expensive than purchasing the brand new item. I might be looking into that as an option for appliances on Amazon in the future.

I liked this frother for the last 5 months, used is every day for 15 seconds to blend powdered vitamins and 1.5” of water in a tall glass. I used the low setting. I’d remove and clean the whisk every time, and set the device in its cubby in my drawer. At 3am, the device started itself - on the high setting - and pressing the button would not turn it off. I was able to switch to the low or medium setting and then shut the frother off. I read info online about how holding the high setting button down for 15-30 seconds could reset it, but the high button does not work. The frother has turned itself on every hour or half hour and now that it is 8:30am, it turns on and off randomly every 15 minutes. I wrote to the seller for assistance.

I use this frother every day and love it. It's small enough in my drawer, is really powerful, and the battery lasts forever! It is so easy to use.

This product works well BUT the lowest setting is already very fast! I bought this mostly to froth my milk for my morning matcha. I have to make sure to use far less milk than I would want to drink because otherwise the milk will spill over and splash everywhere. The same thing goes for whisking eggs or really anything liquid; it doesn't have a gentle, low speed. Because the low setting is so high I thought I could use the high setting to whisk a miso, maple syrup sauce I like to make but that was too much for this hand held device. The battery indicator is weird as well. There's low, medium, and high. It will indicate that the battery is on medium but one second it will just shut off and die. I don't know if I would recommend this product; It does the job but there's some nuance to it. Going back I would've purchased something else with a calmer setting.

Bad product and no service after delivered

I did not rate this well earlier on. My bad. the batteruy lasted a few months and when i charged it i did not do it long enough. it needs an overnight charge then good to go again. we use it everyday and love it.

Already threw it away. Stopped working 4 months in. Plus very weak power. Back to the old fashion way
