They are not paper as stated
We ordered the black and gold. They all worked and they shot high. But the black and gold were not paper and did not appear biodegradable. We used these for an outdoor grad photo shoot and had I known they weren’t paper I wouldn’t have ordered them. That said, they did the job and the photos came out great.

Homecoming Parade Fun!
We showered the boys football team on the parade route with cannon confetti! They absolutely loved it. I would recommend if you are using them as a group for something like this - you should pre-cut around the seal so they are easier to turn when you're ready to pop them.
