So far I am unable to use this as the QR code that is recommended in the user manual to download the app is "unsafe". I went to the ABBREE website and attempted to download it from there. It down loaded a .zip file then I was able to extract it, but then it would not launch the app. I have contacted the company for support, but confidence is very low that they will provide any help.

I decided to purchase this as it is listed for the Baofeng UV-21. While it somewhat succeeded in the task, I'm not going to be keeping this device. Here are some pro's and con's:PROs: It came delivered quickly and with all of it's parts. The manual is easy to read and the workflow is easy to follow. The software is available and functions as described in the manual. I was able to program my radio.CONSs: As other folks have mentioned, the software is TERRIBLE. It is delivered outside of a secure environment and I had to bypass restrictions and warnings to get it to run on my Android device (sorry, no apple phones here to test on). The interface looks like it was put together by someone with either no budget or no sobriety. I've been in the IT industry for a long time and I've seen command-line programs with better user interfaces.Additionally, I can't find where I can use this with other radio programming apps. I'm giving this one 2 stars... it works but only just.

I bought this to program my Baofeng GM-15 with my phone. The device fits my radio, the lights blink appropriately, but no software to interface with the device. I have gone to ABBREE website, google, the You Tube video is no longer available. "Insecure Download Blocked" is the error I keep getting when trying to download the software. Granted, this is a chinese company, but this is useless without software.

Well not sure where to start. That app is junk, the product was easy to pair. But if you are looking for a Bluetooth programmer for your ham radio. DONT BUY THIS POS. You still have to do all the work.If you want one that does it all buy something from Triradio.

Does not work can not connect to it because the app it uses is unavailable in the USA and is unable to be downloaded

I could not get it to work well. It is much easier to use a traditional cord. I was disappointed because I had high expectations for this but it was worthless.

The product description states that it is good for GM-15 Pro and for BF-F8HP but none of them are in the list of models in the app. Can I give zero stars?
