Expensive mistake...
Bought this soundbar on September 2025, it worked well for a week or so, ever since it has been a nightmare, expensive for nothing. Stuck on Shop NG or Shop NG6. Tried all the solutions offered by Samsung eg hard reset nothing WORKS! Will play music or watch a movie for not more than 15 minutes, the volume will go down by itself to zero and stuck there for sometime....it's a waste of time, money and lots of frustration. Save your money and frustration...
