Helpful for anyone with severe Trigeminal Neuralgia face pain
These cups work great for my Mom who has trigeminal neuralgia. The nerve pain in her face is terrible and she can’t drink from a straw or a cup when the nerve pain is flared up. She can pour the drink into her mouth without getting so much she gets choked on it while using this cup. I’m so happy we found these!

Not helpful for Handicap/elderly
Plastic handle comes off way to easily. Not for people with cognitive issues.

Good option for Parkinson's
Minimizes spills. My dad would knock over his drink daily due to Parkinson's. If it rolls it may still leak.

don't be fooled
don't be fooled by the photo like I was: this is NOT an adult sized mug like you get in a hospital as pictured, but a child's sippy cup

Truly spillproof, plus has a handle that can be moved to the position you want it.
I LOVE this cup! It keeps things warm for quite a while, even though it doesn't look like an insulated cup. Also, I like the fact that the handle can be moved to any position. When screwing on the lid, the drinking "spout" doesn't always land in the same place--so you can move the handle around the cup for it to be comfortable to hold. Also, it REALLY is spillproof-my husband has many times fallen asleep while drinking his coffee, and the cup falls into his lap. The lid stays on. (Although, if the spout is facing downward, the liquid will come out of the lid.)

Doesn't fit our needs.
My wife has end-stage Parkinson's and is constantly knocking glasses and cups over, so I have been looking for something like a child's tippee cup. This doesn't really fit the bill. It doesn't hold much, has good screw-on lids, but if it falls on the floor, quite a bit leaks out the mouth piece. The handle slips off and on so is more a hindrance than help. Might work in other situations; I need to keep looking.

Better than most cupd
These are great for handicapped people as well as children. I suggest you pair them with jumbo straws . I used them for months while caring for an elderly dementia patient.

Not for adult use.
Not for adults. Too small.

Exactly what my mom wanted - a light, clear, smallish sippy cup with handle for her shaky, weak hands.
