Love it cools the room quickly and is very energy efficient

So far it works great and the design is sleek and functional. The settings are simple to use. I haven’t used the remote or WiFi yet but I don’t really need them because the temperature stays where I set it. It’s in the bedroom and is quiet enough that I can fall asleep easily. I was not familiar with this brand but I took a chance based on the great customer reviews and I’m glad that I did. I recommend it.

I had to return the first ac because it did not get cold at all. It was a pain, but I eventually got a replacement and they didn’t make me send it back because it would have been costly. They instead made me cut the power cord and send pics which I thought was odd but at least I got a new one. Sage to say, the replacement has been with me for a couple of weeks now and it’s doing a great job. My apt is about 530 sq feet and the cool air goes to the kitchen which is about half of the apt. It also gets really cold. I left the ac upright once it arrived for about a week. Maybe try that before setting it up and hopefully, you’ll have a cold unit. Also, it is pretty silent which I love. I have an ac in my room that I got from best buy, it is also very cold but extremely loud. This ac is nearly silent. I would say give it a try with the tip I provides. 1. Keep it upright for about a week, 2. Auto, cool, make sure you put the temp on what you like and I like to start with high fan then lower once it’s cold,3. Ventilate the room well… I used pieces of cardboard to fill gaps around the ac.

Amazing A/C window unit with remote and for the money, it’s the best one I’ve ever owned. I love that this window unit uses a compressor that scales up and down instead of just on or off and this makes it way more economical to run! It was easy to install and fit my standard window perfectly. It does a good job of filtering the air and is very easy to clean the filter. The air is really comfortable and does an amazing job at keeping the humidity and temperature just right so that the air feels perfect on your skin.

This fantastic air conditioner has been doing an excellent job cooling my main room for about a week, since I installed it. Today I installed drapes above the unit to keep out the abundant sunlight that comes in through that window. The “blackout” curtains are allowing easier work for air conditioner and my room is even more comfortable. The air conditioner is close to silent and the cooling capacity is excellent.

Yes this is a great one ! So quiet and quick to cool the area that I have which is approximately a little over 500 ft.². Insulation not so great but my windows made it hard to install and seal. But other than that, the unit is fantastic. I have too many splits by the same company and I’ve had them for three years now and I have been great.! One hesitate to buy this product again

This a/c came to me not cooling . Put the meter for 62 degree and got only warm air . I contacted the company for a return and they said that i would have to pay for the return . When i ordered that a/c i had already paid 30$ for the shipping . Why should i paid again for something that does not work . Bad business . My 30$ that i paid to get this defective a/ c ,should also be refund with the full price of that a/c .

Love this AC! Quiet, efficient. I liked it so much, I bought another. Then I had a question about shutting off clean filter icon and found out there is no 800 number! You can only send them an email and hope you get a reply.
