I have been buying these for a couple of years. These nose strips do a great job of keeping my nostrils open so that my wife can sleep. They have enough "springiness" to them to keep my nostrils open all night as long as they are applied in the correct location. Make sure your nose is clean and dry before applying, and you should have no problem getting these strips to stick all night. In fact, I frequently leave them on for my morning run after I wake up...they help me breathe in through my nose while running. Sometimes after a long, hot, sweaty run the strip will start to fall off, but that's really not what these are designed for so I can't fault them for that.I'd recommend these to anyone looking to save some money over the well-known brand name.

I’ve had no problems with the adhesive on these, and I’ve tried many brands. Way better than name brand Breathe Right, that’s for sure. Lavender scent is mild but at the end of the day I want a nasal strip that helps me breathe all night and even into the morning when I wake up and these are great. Really helps my nasal passages open up. I’m a mouth breather and these make my lungs feel full with fresh air.

First off, I'd like to note that I have a very small puggy nose. So yes I have difficulty breathing especially at night so these are a must. C pap machine does no good if you don't have an airway to breath through. I normally use breath right strips but they are really expensive so I looked on Amazon to find something comparable but more affordable. Unfortunately I purchased these. Big mistake. They are short, tiny, and very thin. Also have bad week adhesive. They are so small I could not get it to cover across from point A to point B where and how they are supposed to be placed! And again, my nose is small. So I placed it as best as I could and it doesn't stay because it's barely sticky at all. Also, the material is so thin and week that it couldn't possibly pull and hold open your sinus airway anyway! And to make matters anger me even more...... I ordered the 100 count but only received two boxes of 30. So yeah it's a rip off in more ways than one. maybe these could be used on a newborn baby nose or something but not on a normal sized child or adult. I am honestly really angry over this because the company making these have to know they are taking advantage of online buyers by selling such trash. So buyer beware. The photos for this product make it look like these strips are exactly the same size and quality as a breath right or Members Mark nose strip. BUT THEY ARE NOT! Far from it.

I got these even though the reviews said they don’t stick well because I assumed most people don’t wipe their nose with alcohol before using them like I do. Well, even with wiping really well with an alcohol wipe, these would come off. But! Not every time! Sometimes they stick perfectly, but sometimes they’re completely off my nose before I wake up. It was worth a shot because they’re so affordable and not completely worthless.

Does what it says. Economic price. Better “stick” than others in the same range. Worn at night & very Satisfied

If you clean your nose and the sides thoroughly (I use rubbing alcohol) and you wait for it to dry, apply at the right spot, press and hold at least 10 seconds, these actually stick for a whole day (and I have a super oily nose). They do open up your nostrils a little bit but if you have chronic congestion, you have to buy nasal strips that read extra strength, which have 3 springs in the middle rather than 2. But for being a 2 spring nasal strip these work absolutely well. All you have to do is make sure your nose and the sides are clean and dry and place it correctly and these will stay on for a whole day or night.

I bought these in an attempt to combat my husbands obnoxiously loud snoring, however they didn’t work. The adhesive didn’t stay through the night so it was usually lost in the bed. Not only did it not stop the snoring, but it left a sticky-like residue on the bridge of the nose. I was hoping these were effective so I didn’t have to overpay for the Breathe-Right Strips, but was disappointed when they weren’t.
