Nice blend of ingredients in this supplement with the shilajit trace minerals and other elements. Price is fair for a 2 month supply and I like that you only have to take one capsule to meet daily dosage requirements. Less pills to take always makes me happy, Recommended.

I just started taking this JMJF Himalayan Shilajit capsule supplement and I am excited to see if there is a boost in stamina, having a healthier metabolism, and reduced tiredness. Sadly, this supplement did not too much for me. I don’t know about you, but I like to know what the 85+ trace minerals that are in this supplement. I'm a healthy 62yo male, but natural wear and tear is creeping in. Thus, I'm seeking the health benefits of shilajit as well as the other ingredients in this blend. So far, I'm maintaining the status quo which is a good thing.However, I cannot find any information on JMJF. As a long time user of nutritional supplements, this raises a red flag. While the label states that the product is Made in the USA, there is no way to contact the company for verification. Thus, I use this brand with a bit of caution.Good value per dose, but only 3* due to the brand's shortcomings.
