Fantastic Fun!
The media could not be loaded. We originally bought them (we bought two) for the grandkids to play with in our pool. But after they were done, the adult seem to have more fun than the kids, lol.Oh, and our lab can’t get enough. Never figured it would make a great dog pool toy, lolIt does take time to learn all the buttons, but once you do it’s great fun.

A great gift for a young boy or girl

Cool little pool toy
This toy is easy to setup and get going. It needs to be charged for the first use, but once you get it going, it's pretty fast and reacts to controls quickly. The diving ability is pretty cool, gets it underwater so it looks like a real manta ray. The controls are easy to use, but hard to master. It's almost too fast for something like a bathtub, but perfect for a pool. The rubber fins are a nice touch, makes it 'come alive' when you get it going. Not a bad little toy for kids and adults!

Stopped Working in the first 5 minutes.
The stingray looks cool, I really liked the way it looked and the wings of it too and it swam like a stingray too. The concept is good but the way it was made was terrible. The water got inside of it and after 5 minutes of it swimming around the controller stopped working and the stingray just sort of stopped working as well. The light inside kept shining but there was no more movement. Afterwards we brought it back inside to inspect it and it was leaking gross orangey/rusty looking water. I think it was probably the battery inside the stingray and it was leaking. That is very dangerous and the toy was just not made well. It definitely not constructed well, it was cheap and an overall disappointment as we were so excited to see it swim around but it literally worked for less than 5 minutes.

Lots of fun but instructions are poorly written
This is a cheap toy but it's loads of fun. Being a cheap toy, it does have some drawbacks. First of all, the instruction sheet is very poorly translated into English. You have to read it more than once to understand what they are trying to tell you. The instructions also leave out some important point like how to turn on the Stingray (you have to soak it in the water and it activates when it is wet). They also don't tell you how to turn on the transmitter. The default mode of the transmitter is off. It only uses its battery when you are pressing the button. When you don't press any buttons, it doesn't drain the battery. That is why it doesn't have an on/off button. The functions are straight forward (forward, back, left, right). Only problem is, there are no trims to calibrate it. On my unit, when I press the forward button it goes both forward and to the left. I constantly have to press the right turn button to course correct. This unit is fast. It goes about 5 to 7 miles/hr. You really need a swimming pool to play with it. It's too fast for the bathtub. Once you get used to how it works, it's loads of fun. There are many small parts so it's not good for young children.

I would give it 10 stars if I could!! Amazing little RC submersible.
So I didn't expect much with this little toy I have to admit, but it blew me away!First of all it is fast! way faster than I thought it would be. You have to be fairly quick on the controls or you will run it into the pool wall.Make sure you extend the antenna on the controller so it will still work underwater.I had it going to the bottom of my 6ft pool with no problem with the antenna out.The twin screws really make it maneuverable and even though it has no up down control its pretty easy to get it where you want it to go.It really does dive down quick so it would probably get lost in a pond.Works perfect in a pool where you can see it.Don't have to remove the battery to charge either which is a plus.So far it has not taken on any water.Awesome!

Fun To Use In Pool; Cool Remote Control Stingray; Instructions Not Clear
I ordered this for my kids to play with in the swimming pool, and it was a hit. It took us some time to get it working as the instructions weren't very clear and there aren't good ways to adjust the trim (or drift, I'm not sure the correct term for a stingray).Regardless, once it gets going, it's a pretty cool toy. It moves fast, and the battery has decent life.If you have a stingray fan, a pool, and like remote control toys, this will be a hit. Recommend.

Fun and unique rc
This remote control stingray has quickly become a favorite in our household. Its fun and interactive design, coupled with its impressive functionality, make it a thrilling toy for both kids and adults. The stingray is constructed with a durable plastic body, ensuring long-lasting play. The fins, however, are made from soft and rubbery material, allowing for realistic swimming motions. The included remote control is user-friendly, even for kids, and offers a variety of commands for controlling the stingray's movements. The stingray can dive beneath the water's surface, as well as swim forward and backward. Its small size and responsive controls make it easy to maneuver, allowing for precise and exciting underwater adventures. One of the most convenient features is the built-in rechargeable battery and USB charging cord. This eliminates the need for constant battery replacements, ensuring uninterrupted playtime. Our entire family has enjoyed playing with this remote control stingray, and we've even decided to order a second one so we can have even more fun together.

Amazing for kids who love ocean life
We've only been able to use this in our tub so far and can't wait for the summer months to use it in the lake or pool :)That being said, it's isn't great for the tub, it needs more space. So be sure you'll have a larger area for it to move around in - maybe bring one of the kiddie pools into the garage and try it out there!Comes with a separate controller and requires 3 AAA batteries. The toy itself is just a rechargeable one, no batteries requred.Instruction sheet isn't great, but it's fairly intuitive to sort out. Keep in mind you have to soak the toy in water in order for it to activate/turn on.

Fun for all toy! Great control, movement, speed and it dives !
This thing is loads of fun! It moves so gracefully in the water and it responds well to the controller. My son HATES bath time, so I tried it with him in the tub. He was laughing so hard when I had it running into his toes. He's intrigued by the movements and he didn't give me a hard time about bath time. It's easy to use with no learning curve. The body is rubbery so it won't hurt if it bops into someone. This thing can go fast too and it dives! I can't wait to bring it to a lake or a pool. I very highly recommend!

Kids Love It! It Dives, Swims and Is Fast! But Design Issue With Its Fragile Exposed Propellers
The kids really like this toy stingray, since it dives, swims at the surface and moves fast! It captivates the kids. So, I highly recommend this toy.Be advised that It will run only when in water. There is a sensor at the bottom of the toy to detect that it is in water. My likes:- small size so kids have no problem handling the toy.- controller is small size, so again easy to handle- a bit of a long learning curve for the kids to learn to run it- rechargeable battery in Stingray will last up to about 30 minutes and a little more- fast and neat to watch- waterproof setup is good but there is a drain plug on the bottom if you do need to drain any water and the instructions explain how- instructions are adequate and a MUST readNot So Well Liked- controller uses AA batteries- propellers are small, fragile and completely exposed, so you must guide the kids to avoid dropping or handling

Fast and responsive - just not a fan of the battery setup
This thing is SO much fun. The kids may like it too, if we let them play with it! It’s smaller than I had anticipated, but it’s the perfect size for the pool. I was worried that the frequencies wouldn’t reach lower into the water, but it did just fine. The remote control is pretty straight forward in that the left buttons move it forward and back, and the right one moves it left/right, and up/down. So simple and pretty intuitive to use.The controller uses three AA batteries, while the toy itself charges with USB-C. Now what I would love to know is: Why the two different types of batteries? Just put a USB-C into the controller too! Plus to change the batteries in the controller, you need to use a small screwdriver (included) to remove two screws. Now call me old, but I do seem to recall a time that you could just use a regular cover to batteries without screws. Or use an enclosed USB-C battery that doesn’t need the change out often, which may justify the battery cover! Sorry. Rant over.Back to the use of the toy. It doesn’t seem to operate when out of the water, so keep that in mind. It has to be in water for the motors to operate. And when it does, oh boy. This little thing just flies through the water, flapping the little wings on the sides in a very realistic way. It looks amazing and is great fun to play with. It moves fast and is very responsive. The battery seems to last for some time, and next time it charges I may even let the kids play with it - after the adults are done playing!
