Just what I was looking for, short and near the ceiling since our basement has a lower ceiling.

Threading to connect post to base is horrible. Post material very light/thin. Hole to run wiring is very small. Height from end to end is the height of an iPhone 13 regular. I wouldn’t trust it with a heavier projector. Only upside is all hardware is present

The item was much smaller than I expected, but it's exactly what I need! I had some issues with the thread that connects the rod to the movable tip. I didn't want to use glue (thread lock), but without it, the projector was loosening and tilting. However, it's all set now and working very well. It's definitely worth it for the price. Easy to install - I aligned two holes with the stud and used a drywall bolt for the third one. It's now securely fixed.

I should have opted for a more expensive mount. I couldn't even attach the pieces. It took 20 minutes alone to screw the 2 pieces together and even then it wouldn't screw in conpletely. The thread is just not compatible. And then while attaching the projector to the mount, no amount of force stopped it from leaning/tilting.

Does what it’s ment to will hang a mini projector from your ceiling with no problems. Build quality absolutely trash. Very thin not wall constructed. If you’re not placing it a stud and only drywall I’d choose something else.

As stated it's short and speak and good although the mounting screws aren't the best
