This is the best probiotic I’ve ever taken. No crazy side effects other than a complete 180 in my digestive health. I was suffering with chronic diarrhea, cramping, bloating, and unable to eat most of the foods that I love the most. Within a couple of weeks of taking this (and not changing anything else in my diet) my diarrhea stopped completely. I don’t have any pain or cramping anymore.
