This neat unobtrusive radiator filled the bill, and had the added attraction of being programmable with a thermostat. I have only just fitted and plugged it in, and it looks great. BUT - this is a Spanish made item, and it is just a tad on the flimsy side and moreover, the instructions have been translated almost verbatim from the Spanish and are not easy to understand (for example it warns of the 'dilatation' of some parts - I think they mean expansion!) and for those with less than 20/20 vision the digital display is hard to read.
