Order Incomplete
The reason for one star… Lipstick was advertised as 2 lipsticks to be received. I only received one. Checked envelope to make sure… Only one… Checked the order again and it says I should receive a total of two. I have used this lipstick before and it really does stay on most of the day, but again… did not get 2 items based on what I ordered so one star.

Breaks easily
I've used this product for a long time. I enjoy its texture and it is long-lasting on my lips. However, it may be my imagination, but the lip pencil just doesn't last as long as it used to. It appears softer and breaks more easily.
