VO5Salon Series Total Recovery Deep Cleansing Hair Mask, 6 oz

I will begin by saying I do not use this for the intention of making my hair silky smooth and soft. I use this for my scalp treatments.I have an eczema/dry scalp problem and it flairs up something awful at times. Yet, when I use this, my scalp is sound and the itch subsides for a while.During my scalp treatments, I use a generous amount against my scalp and leave it in there over night. The next morning I rinse it out without any shampoo and my scalp feels so much better.I totally recommend this for those that have scalp dryness. I don't know what ingredients this has in it, but this works the best for long relief compare to other products and natural remedies I've tried.

Wow!! I’ve tried sooo many hair masks, some very expensive! This one is THE VERY BEST OF ALL!! My hairs is super dry and VO-5 really works! It’s great to apply on DRY hair(hour or more for me)... put on shower cap for deep deep conditioning...FYI...VO-5 hair dressing is great anytime when your hair is dry and needs a conditioning and beautiful shine‼️

Was looking for hot oil treatment and read other reviews for this item as replacing hot oil with this. I NEVER WANT TO USE HOT OIL AGAIN. I love this stuff. I use it once a week and it helps take the hard water deposits out of my hair. Usually even with conditioner on have a hrs time brushing my hair, but since starting this I don’t. It’s super simple and doesn’t take any extra time out of my schedule. Great product. Very happy.

This is a wonderful conditioner! I have also used a little on my damp hair as a leave in conditioner when it is extra tangled. I am not so sure that it has made a big difference in my hair overall, but I have noticed that if I leave it on for 5+ minutes in the shower it works much better than rinsing after 2 minutes. I would definitely buy it again.

I have extremely thick shoulder length hair, and use a blow dryer and curling on it several times a week. My hair was dry and brittle. After using this creme on my hair it feels like soft silk, and has a wonderful sheen to it. I don't need to use a lot, and the smell is luscious - a very mild coconut and fruity scent, papaya? Not overwhelming at all. I am now including this in my regular care routing and love it!

This product is not new to me. Have been using it for several years as a way to soften / control white hair as we age.

This has helped my hair become softer! I can feel the difference when I do this weekly. I gave it four stars due to the fact it doesn't have a pump, which is harder, when opening, grabbing the creme out and keeping water out of the jar.

Total Recovery by VO5 is a superior hair product. It deep conditions, encourages hair growth leaving the hair shiny and luscious feeling. Hair will have bouncing body and volume and looks beautiful. I have used this product for over 6 years and it never fails to meet my expectations. It has always been superior to other like hair conditioning products. I especially like Total Recovery by VO5 because it makes my hair grow and fills in areas where I have lost some hair.
