Mine snapped right in without the glue tape. It was easier if you put a little drop of water on the rib that snaps in. They seem better than the originals and fit well.The cat peed on my headset bag and sorta ruined the originals. I managed to get the rubber coating off with 99% alcohol and this was the last step in renewing them. No way I was spending $1,000 on a new Zulu!
