I took a suitcase strap (one with big clasp) and put that around my waist. Took a smaller one and hooked it through the retractable leash and it works great. It did take a bit of time and bacon for her to get use to it but now she loves running beside me. Its easy enough to jump off if another dog or person comes and steer it with one hand while retracting dog leash with the other. I also like the 3 different speeds but I doubt I'll ever go full speed for dog walking. Review: Customer service was fantastic! - This has been such a great purchase for my 12-year-old son! After six months or so of riding it, the charger wasn't working properly. We contacted customer support through iScooter and they were very easy to work with. We sent some pictures and videos and they were very quick to respond each time and each time was met with understanding and kindness.
