Impressive design!
My boyfriend was very impressed that I found this for him. He is wanting to get into arm wrestling and wants to accumulate the equipment for training for it. He likes the design and sturdiness of this piece. It comes with a regular cylinder grip as well as a cone shaped grip, so awesome to get to train from the two grips. These grips are easy to hold onto as well. Sturdy design and you can attach this to different cable machines for practice.

Very smooth and sturdy to exercise with
This came with the cylinder installed but I prefer the tapered cone grip. Simple and easy to swap, remove the thumb screw on the end and slide off, reverse to install.Both grip shapes are textured to offer a solid grip and allow airflow and prevent sweat from making them slick.The arm itself is solid steel and nicely formed with no sharp edges to cut or catch on. The attachment clevis can be installed in either position to provide adjustment for weight connection. Feels comfortable and works well for strength training.
