I purchased it intending to replace the strap with a mesh one but have decided to keep the supplied leather strap as it is in fact a beautiful light beige with a brushed sued-ish finish rather than the rather orange looking tan shown in the photo. The subtle golden sunray dial is gorgeous & the touches of red set off the design well. The watch is a good size without being ridiculously huge & it is easy to read the time via the clear Roman numerals & the elegant hands. The buckle even has the company name on it & this is subtly repeated on the side of the bezel. The back of the watch is, unusually, also gold toned rather than the more usual stainless steel but I regard this as a plus but you might think differently if you suffer from an intolerance to metal alloys. This watch comes in several different styles & colours & I've also purchased this exact design in black & chrome with a lovely antique soft black leather strap for my son's birthday. I've seen these watches selling for around the £100 mark in the past so to get a whole range selling for mostly below £30 is nothing short of stunning value for money - they even come in a striking red watch box of really nice quality with a leatherette, stitched finish & a proper sprung, hinged lid. There's a 2 year guarantee as well , so you can't go wrong. Also, both items arrived, well packed, on a Sunday morning only 16 hrs. From ordering on free delivery. This is amazing service & I'm already looking at ordering other watches from the other ranges of Swiss Emporio styles. Swiss made watches for under £30 (& 2 under £20 at time of purchase)? How can you possibly go wrong?! The only other Swiss watches I've seen under £50 have plastic cases!
