It says includes fixtures and fittings???? I only have the bracket and the knocker. No screws or instructions.

Hi please can you confirm the distance between nylon bolts? Also distance between top nylon bolt and viewer please.

Fixing bolts 95mm Centre to centre. The viewer is a seperate item and usually fitted circa 100mm above knocker ie at eye level.

is the spyhole glass or plastic?

Plastic. I think? But I only bought it to replace the knocker.
