PROS: 1. lasts a while 2. genuinely non-slip, even when it's as aged as it looks 3. COMFORTABLE once broken in. my job is almost always 7-8hrs, and it's great at cushioning. 4. the inside soles only finally gave out on me when the outside soles started really degrading 5. ez clean. take inside soles out and wash gently and air dry. 6. wider option. 7.
