Okay, wow. Ordering another one in BLACK for my husband before he gets my beige one dirty! An item of excellent quality, easy to put on and take off, immediate relief for my back and shoulders, very comfortable and very adjustable from three different angles. I wear it over a light tee shirt. I wear XXL women's tees and my husband wears M-L men's tees and a Large in this brace fits both of us.

I have only had this product for a couple of days and am wearing it for short periods of time. Believe it or not, my back pain is starting to lessen. I have had back problems since my early 30's and they have gotten worse as I age. So far, I have some hope that this product will continue to lessen my pain and improve my posture.

Great for my cervical neck and lower back pain. I can finally clean my house without pain. The size is true to fit. The straps are comfortable and adjustable. It doesn’t feel too stiff and offers just the right support my back needs to feel pain free while being active. I’m buying more in all the colors.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It looked to have the features I wanted. Never had one of these before. It’s not too easy to adjust once on. The posture straps didn’t help me. Just shut off my circulation and caused the entire thing to slide up.Pain relief:Once on and adjusted correctly, I did get a good amount of lower back pain relief. Just got this product. My back has been in pain for a week. Well, more pain than usual. I chose this product because A) it’s wide across the stomach as well as the back, and I have a sensitive stomach with things that are narrow and tight.B) it came in skin tone, and I can easily wear it under clothes without it showing much if at all.Once I figured out I had it on backwards, I was able to do all the adjustments to fit me properly and it seems to be giving me some relief. I DO wish they made this longer. It seems like they all just go to the waste. But, I’ll take what I can get for now.I will update later on how well it works. Also, some other product reviews mentioned the arm straps hurting. These seem to be really pliable and soft.

I'm 5"10 185 lbs. Bought a medium brace. I have scoliosis and been in back pain for last few weeks. This brace has given me so much pain relief. I wear it daily for about 12 hrs. Good material and fit.Very comfortably. I shoulder straps are very supportive. I can see and feel a huge difference in my posture using my brace. Great buy.

Got this for a friend who had a painful spinal fracture, she was able to receive a lot of relief & support. When she went into the hospital for a couple days, I used it just for general support & really liked it. It reminds you to keep your posture aligned, we did take out the two long supports they made a little too stiff for us, as were very short. The rest of it is very easy to make the adjustments to fit.
