Affordable but doesn't provide peace of mind.
Does the job, but the indicator lights can be very misleading. If the battery isn't seated correctly the status light will show green, even though the battery needs charge and isn't charging. This has bitten us enough times to be very frustrating. Build quality is pretty light and cheap feeling. Comparing this to my DJI battery charger it feels hollow and fragile.

Works well as a charger for multiple batteries with clear indicator
This fits the bill as a no-frills charger for Sony NP-BX1 batteries.I like that this charger uses USB type C charging vs. my Sony camera's outdated mini USB type B charging port; this allows me to carry fewer cords for traveling. I also like the smaller form factor; it's about the size of my compact camera. The design is a little peculiar with the curved bottom edge. If the is lid is closed, the charger will NOT remain upright on its own, and will tip forward. If the lid is opened, the charger is fairly balanced and can stand upright. There were no included directions to tell you which way to insert the batteries. You need to have the front of the battery facing the back of the charger. Also, the batteries do not insert as smoothly as I would like (takes more force than expected), but I am certain that the batteries will not move inside the charger.I was able to easily close the lid while all 3 battery slots were filled and charging; I used three OEM Sony batteries, so I am not sure if this is the case with third party batteries. The charger didn't get too warm when I was charging 3 batteries at once (with the lid open, as a precaution). The light indicator is clear and works well. Green means the battery is either done charging, or there is nothing in the slot. Red means the battery is charging.Do note: there is NO internal battery, so the charger would need to be plugged in to charge the batteries.Overall, I like the product and I am happy that I got it.

feels flimsy but works well
The form-factor is great and seems to be inspired by the same DNA as the cameras it supports, slim and easy to take on the go. This is my 3rd multi-battery charger but the first that I can reasonably take with me everywhere the camera goes. I do wish there was some integrated way to stow the charging cable so I dont have to somehow secure it separately. Overall this is a very effective piece of kit that works well enough and light weight. There's an oversight that the case cannot stand upright; all angels are sloped. This is not ideal in the field when you dont have a table to do your battery swap. The lid feels flimsy and not secure but only when open; magnetic closure does a good job. I wish the case stood up right or the lid could prop open because charging 3 at once generates a lot of heat and it builds up necessarily with the lid closed. I managed to prop it open while charging in a makeshift way.

Expected more...
For the price, I expected much, much more. The case feels super cheap. Everything down to the thin plastic material it's made out of, to the flimsy flip top cover with no spring or hold to it... it's just not ready for prime time given the myriad of charger kits out there in the world that are much better than this. For the price, you'd expect them to include a battery with it as well (however, a battery is not included). Just being honest, I'm a bit disappointed in this one.

A lifesaver
It’s a horrible situation to want to take pictures, to have a camera with a battery but the battery is dead — and you can’t find the charger. That happened to me and so was quite excited when I saw this charger. This charger works well - battery shows fully charged on it and in my camera; allows for three batteries to be charged at once and visually shows you when the battery in each slot is charged. It is also small and compact so easy to travel with.No complaints at all.

Just misses the mark
I do like the multiple port, USB Sony X (NP-BX1) battery charger. It works good, it's light, it's small, and good for travel. But, it misses on a few different details.. First, most of the batteries have the battery type in large letters on the front of the battery. For some reason, the charger is designed so the markings on the battery are hidden in the back of the charger, so to see the battery type, you have to full remove it from the holder. Second, the battery will physically hold (and charge) 3 batteries at the same time. But the top doesn't close if there's a battery in either of the end slots. So, you can't actually store the batteries in the charger for travel and close the top. And maybe worst of all, there is absolutely no markings of what battery type(s), it's compatible or inteneded to be used with. Nearly identical units are available for different batteries and nearly every camera I have, uses a different battery. So I'm going to have to be very careful to make sure that the chargers match the cameras. It works and it's a good price, but I think they just missed the mark on the small product details.

Decent charger at a reasonable price
This isn't exactly a life changing item but it's a very functional battery charger sold at a reasonable price point. It's got a slimmer form factor than many similar chargers, can hold three batteries for my Sony ZV-1 and charges quickly. That's really all there is to it but it does a good job at a value price. Recommended.
