Horrible
I would give it less than a zero star if I could. I purchased 13 of these for my company here in the United States and all of them are configured for Europe. You can't get a hold of anyone. The phone number they give does not exist and the website gives zero information how to contact them.

Disappointed, but working
We were able to get the printer to work but the only power cord in the box had a European plug on it. If they're selling to a customer in the U.S., why would they supply a European power cord? We ended up using the power cord that was attached to our 15-year-old receipt printer. We also had to supply our own cable to connect it to our computer (luckily, we had a USB-A to USB-B available). I also felt the instructions left a lot to be desired. Since we need one more receipt printer, I may look around for another supplier or maybe even a different model number.

Not for use in United States
I didn't read the other review before purchasing. Unable to get logged into the web interface to configure these printers, Epson will not support them. Power cord they come with is clearly for another country.

doesnt work
waste of money, tried for days to even get this onto my network and it will not connect. BUYER BEWARE: YOU WILL GET ZERO SUPPORT FROM EPSON IF PURCHASED IN THE UNITED STATES, THIS PRINTER IS INTENDED TO BE USED OVERSEAS AND THEREFORE VOIDS THE WARRANTY.
