Purchased from Amazon Warehouse as used, like new. Unfortunately it came without a power cable, bizarrely Amazon refunded me 60% of the purchase price without quibble, so the TV really was a bargain because it came in the original retail packaging like new, the replacement cable came from Amazon for £8!! Having upgraded from an old 50" lg plasma TV I'm blown away with the quality of the picture and sound. Freely is easy to navigate as are the many streaming service apps already installed. The positives for me are that I won't need my soundbar anymore and I will, eventually, be able to get rid of the set top box for recording as the TV does allow you to record to a usb stick (make sure you buy a decent sized one with a fast read speed). The record function isn't as simple as my set top box but I'm resigned to the fact that I need to move away from the 'record' mentality and watch TV programmes on catch up. Overall this is one the most considered purchases I've made in a long, long time, navigating the minefield that is oled, qled, led etc etc lead me to the the 2024 65" pro model because the added features over the 2024 model, in particular Freely, which is simple to use and the next generation of Freeview.

Great tv, easy to set up even for all devices connected through HDMI, one downside I have had a green screen once, I thought my PC had gone wrong, I was getting green screen once all HDMI ports, it turned out the tv needed to be unplugged and then plugged back in after 30 seconds, all works fine after that

Worst tv I have ever had, picture is very unstable, breaks up every time a car passes the door ( I live next to a main road so this happens continuously) doesn't work on aerial alone or with wifi alone need to connect both so as to receive as many programs as possible. I have had smart tv's before that work perfectly well in the same room with the same equipment just the tv that's different I would send this tv back but haven't got the packaging. Freely tv doesn't connect to local / regional sides very well. Wouldn't buy a Hisense tv ever again

Got this TV for the bar (outdoor but indoor) put this on the wall bracket and the picture is brilliant. I've got a £3.5k Sony 75 inch TV in my front room and I cannot tell the difference, maybe in the very deep blacks but you'd have to be a right nerd with ADHD to see the difference. If you're a normal hard working family person looking for a decent TV for the family that won't break the bank then this is the one. The speakers are very good too but will never match that of a soundbar however I haven't bothered with a soundbar yet as it's good enough.

Whilst I find this TV good for 144Hz gaming, VRR features and excellent contrast ratio for HDR. I must say the picture quality when watching Netflix / Prime or any other streaming service is absolutely awful, I dont know if this is due to firmware or codec support but 4K video can become almost unwatchable at times with clouds and close up details on people's faces particularly bad. The image just becomes blurry and its difficult to make out anything of detail when this happens. I would not recommend the television for this reason if not planning on using any of the gaming features and would not buy another Hisense in future.

Perfect TV for a person who appreciates picture quality and Gaming. Yes expensive, still cheaper than the competition, but you get what you pay for. Just spend a little time tinkering to get the best quality for your requirements (some of the main settings a awful). If gaming, remember to get yourself a HDMI 2.1 connector to fully utilise the HDR and VRR of the 144hz TV.
