This product is easy to put together. I takes a few tries to get the rhythm right, but once you do it is a great workout! It has just enough weight to get you sweating. It is well built, seems durable. It is surprisingly quiet, and the individual pieces make it easy to adjust to your best fit. I figured out that it needs to be just the right size to work properly, which is easy to do. Once the fit is right the weight moves smoothly through the hoop for a great workout. I am having a lot of fun working out with my hoop!

This is definitely a work out and fun! It takes practice if you’re not already good at a hula hoop but it has an adjustable string that makes it easier! The plastic is really sturdy and made really well. I recommend this to anyone who wants to try!

Weighted hula hoop is easy to assemble. It comes with extra parts to make it larger for different body sizes. Easy to put on. It took me a little while to get the hang of it but it's like using a regular hula hoop. Once you get it going it's quite a workout. I am up to about 8 minutes with it. I like to fact that you don't have to workout for a whole hour to burn calories. Just a few minutes of using this, is quite a workout!

Takes me back to my old Hula Hoop days. The weight on it adds to the overall workout. Definitely happy with purchase.

Hard to remove. I have another brand and got this one for my mom, mine is easier to remover as it has little clips, this one doesn't. Other than that, it's smooth glidding.
