I’ve had this ice bath for about a week and love it. I bought it to make ice baths easier and to have something I can just jump into daily. Initial set-up took maybe 10 minutes and it is easy to use. The ice packs are great, plus the cover is a nice addition so that I can use it on my patio without leaves and dirt getting inside. It seems to be solidly built and that it will last. It even includes a repair kit in case there’s a hole. So far my ice bath journey has been a success with this bath!

I’ve been wanting to (pardon the pun) get my feet wet into the world of ice baths and cold plunging and this was the perfect way to start.I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a permanent tub until I knew I’d love cold plunging and, quite frankly wanted something that I could easily set up and tear down should I need the space.This ice bath was a breeze to set up and is a great start. As I didn’t have convenient electrical hookup to where I wanted to put it, having a unit that cools with the included ice packs was great.I’m 6’0” and comfortably fit in this which is an added bonus.As I mentioned earlier, setup was easy and tear down is just as much so. I’m really impressed with how small this thing can pack down for and could see this coming on camping trips or race weekends.So, if you’re thinking about trying out cold plunges, this is a perfect way to (again pardon the pun) dive in without breaking the bank.

The PVC leaks, gaskets don’t help at all and neither did plumbers tape. Bad product. Spend your money elsewhere.

It may sound crazy, but nothing beats getting into a cold plunge tub.
