EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good *by L***Z on 7 November 2023* As it was my 1st time using such a breathing aid I decided to start with Myotape rather than a cheaper brand. Some of the reviews were mixed, referring to blue ones arriving and them being hard to remove. The ordering placing was a little confusing and I wasn't sure which colour or size to expect! I recieved the flesh coloured ones and in a size that works for me and I have found it easy to use and remove without leaving any sticky around my mouth. It certainly helps me breathe through my nose while I sleep and after about 10 days of using Myotape I think the quality of my sleedpis improving.
