Great product with minor flaws
As someone who does not go to the gym, I wanted to give this a try. It's too early to tell yet if it's helping with weight loss, but the product seems to work pretty well, and it's definitely working my muscles. It is larger and heavier than I anticipated, but that means it's sturdy, too, which is good. The periwinkle color is nice, and it even has round pads on the bottom so, in theory, it wouldn't scratch or slide on a hard floor (I have been using it on carpet, so I don't know). One annoying thing is that, for whatever reason, the stopwatch arrived stuck to the paper of the instruction manuel with a sticky piece of foam. I had to peel it off, and some of the paper came off with it. Fortunately, it had enough adhesive still to stick it where it's supposed to go, which is in a hole in the plastic board, and it hasn't fallen out. (There is another hole with a plastic piece in it on the other half--I don't think it has a purpose, just the two halves are manufactured with the hole in them to save money, and they fill it with the logo.) The stopwatch also arrived with some scratches in the display.I don't really use the stopwatch, but seems to work. It's not completely intuitive, but the instructions explain how to use it, and it's really quite simple, which is nice. It has a timer mode that counts down and a stopwatch mode which counts up. The beeper for the timer is not very loud. With a lot of the exercises involving sliding your upper body towards the far end of the board, it wouldn't be very practical to try and count your 5 or 10 or however many seconds per repetition using the stopwatch, as it is out of sight most of the time. I just count to myself, but if someone wants to do a certain amount of time (i.e. 15 minutes of exercise), it could be good for that. When using the machine, there is a slight catch in the gliding motion where the two halves of the board meet. The slidey things I think are attached with some sort of stretchy rubber, like exercise bands, that stays in the grooves, and it works quite smoothly (aside from the slight catch). It provides some resistance, which is nice, while also helping you to ease the sliders back to their starting position. It's a little noisy when the sliders go over the crack, but it's not like it's going to hurt your ears. I think it sounds kind of like sawing a piece of wood when I do the exercise where the sliders are pushed back and forth separately. The right handle on mine is wobblier than the left. It's not so much of a problem that I can't use it, but it would be nice if they both felt equally secure. They both fold inward easily for flat storage, as in the photo. Sometimes you have to wiggle them a bit to get them so they're not running into each other, but, again, it's pretty easy. The instruction booklet includes six exercises, with step-by-step photos (5 on one side, 1 on the back, which is slightly annoying). Some of the exercise instructions could be clearer, though. One exercise references a "Mountain Climbers" exercise that is not included in the instructions. There is also a label on the device with images of silhouetted figures (kind of like the Olympic symbols for the different sports) doing six different exercises, but at least one or two are different from what is shown in the instruction book. These could serve as ideas of what to do--it's too bad they're not all explained in the instruction book. There are two ways the sliders work--attached as one unit, or separately--and you have to pay attention to which you are supposed to do. There's a little spring-loaded lock mechanism that links or unlinks the two sides, which is usually pretty easy to engage or disengage, but got a bit stuck once or twice. It might be possible to pinch your fingers with the metal bolt if you're not careful, but I don't think it would be likely to require a hospital trip. The "warning" label next to the lock is more like instructions than an actual warning, and confusing ones, at that. Diagrams with arrows might have been more useful than trying to describe the actions. The label is also not stuck on properly, with the edges coming up, but it's not so complicated that I'll forget how to work the mechanism if it falls off.The little foam mat they include is just big enough for my knees, textured, and not especially comforable, but it is better than a hard floor would be. There's a lot of pressure put on your knees and elbows, depending on the exercise. I might end up using a foam stadium seat pad I have, which is much larger and a little squishier. The woman in the instruction sheet photos is using a larger, pink mat or even an big yoga or exercise mat, not the same one that's included with the product.Ultimately, having this around is motivating me to exercise, when I wasn't before, and I anticipate it holding up for a long time. The one I got has some minor flaws, but I like the overall design and the variety of exercises that can be done with it, and I'm glad I got it, even though I know very little about how to work out. I might have to see if I can find some of those other exercises on YouTube.

The automatic rebound feature is a big plus for me.
I've been using the Ab Roller Wheel Ab Workout Equipment for about a week now, and I'm impressed with it so far. It's a great piece of equipment for working out your core at home. The automatic rebound feature is a big plus for me. It makes it easier to control the rollout and helps me avoid feeling like I'm going to flop forward on my face. This is especially helpful since I'm a beginner. The kneeling pad that comes with it is also a lifesaver. It protects my knees from getting scraped up on the floor.

Good idea but..
Good idea but not the best as far as construction ,feels cheap and too lightweight plastic .Handles wobble some, not sturdy.Best part is. -----‐> it folds. If this were made of better material it would be solid buy as the idea 💡 is fantastic.

Good for Beginners
I love at-home exercise equipment, so I was excited to try this abdominal machine. It arrives completely assembled and ready to go. I appreciate the machine's simplicity, the compact design (it folds up and slides under a chair or bed), and the ease of use. A few of the exercises listed in the included guide mimic those that can be performed on a Pilates reformer, which is nice for those who want the benefits of a reformer without the cost. This ab roller isn't the most impactful ab machine I own, but it will work well for beginners and those returning to exercising after a hiatus.

Easy to use- gets the burn in
You can indeed feel the burn after using this ab roller. It's very easy to set up and just as easy to fold up for easy storage. There's a variety of exercises you can perform on this and there is a pamphlet that comes with the ab roller with instructions on set up and these exercises. I like how light it is, so it's easy to move around compact storage. My younglings are all about using this now and anything that gets the moving works for me. Very happy with this ab roller and happy to add it to our workout equipment.

Good Way to Start Working on Those Abs.
The Seanleecore ab roller is a good way to start working on those abs. The machine is basically ready to use right out of the box. Included is a small (6-1/4" x 13-3/4") kneeling pad for comfort. There is also a small pamphlet which pictures four additional exercises for you to try besides the traditional abdominal exercise. There is a count down timer built into the unit. This is a minute and second timer, not a counter – so you are doing this exercise by time, not set # of ab exercises.I would recommend using the ab roller on a yoga mat. I used the kneeling pad and ab roller on carpet and the ab roller itself kept moving. My "fully" extended position kept getting more and more extended. The ab roller is lightweight, foldable and is easily stored. It is also easy to move from room to room. When folded for storage, the ab roller is 21" tall (long), 16" wide and 4-1/2" deep.Whether you have a home gym or just some gym type equipment at home, the ab roller can help you start to work your abs. I have been increasing the amount I do daily and I can definitely feel it!

Nice augmentation for a core workout
This device is good to help provide some support for your core until enough strength is developed where you can do more advanced exercises. I like trying new devices. Some work and some don't. This one is good, will it get you a 6 pack in 30 days? Not likely but it if encourages you do not skip abs / core then it's well worth the purchase.
