Waterproof tough marker lights
Color and brightness are quite pleasing. Definitely visible in daylight.These marker lights are tougher and more waterproof than I expected. They are clearly sealed up with plenty of epoxy. The pigtails are about 9" from the back of the panel, and are tinned, although the stripping is only like 1/8" so you'll have to strip them to connect.I don't think the included connectors will stand up to an environment like the underside of a trailer. You'll have lights flickering within a month. It would probably be better to plan on a more solid and weatherproof connection scheme.The grommets are very soft rubber, and very thin. They appear to grip very well on the LEDs, however. It looks like 1/8" to 3/16" is the right panel thickness for these grommets. I think it will greatly reduce chances of them slipping in or out if you plan ahead and fold the leads down and mount them to the panel as close to the light as you can.
