Love this product, my chiropractor states it combats all worms. If you have animals, they should be wormed along with their owners every few months.

Good Stuff...
Love this stuff! It smells very fresh and it helps clear my digestive system on a daily basis. My only con is the size and shape of the pill---it's a bit big, therefore I have to split it prior to ingesting.

Didn’t work for me – caused skin reaction and sleep issues
I was hoping to get the health benefits of Amla, but unfortunately this product didn’t agree with me. I took it twice and noticed eczema-like patches developing on my legs and had trouble sleeping afterward. I stopped taking it and the symptoms started to improve. Everyone’s body reacts differently, and I know many people may have a good experience with this supplement, but it wasn’t a good fit for me. Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else be aware of possible sensitivities.

Have been taking two pills with breakfast and two with dinner for a couple months and so far i have noticed a considerable improvement in my digestive system Also seems like it helped with my immune system this winter certainly thanks to the vitamin C Will post updates if any benefits or side effects appear
