I had some trouble getting the latch in the back, someone had to help me, but it stayed on through an entire dance number where I was upside down at times which I was impressed with. I do wear a lace band over my wig cap and under the wig though so that might be why. You can tell the hair is synthetic based on touch. It did smell when I first got it so I left it out a while to air out before use (several days). Being a curly wig I’m not sure how to tamper the frizz.
