The characters were interesting without a doubt and being based in New York the setting was as you would expect it to be exciting and full of life. Really all in all this book has everything you want from a novel even the writing was just how I like a book to be. The problem is; and if I'm to be honest I still don't know why it didn't really do it for me. Now I know most of you right will think this review as being a waste of time and you're probably right but strange enough that is what I feel about this book. It's very good but something's missing, I just can't put my finger on it, hence only four stars and not five. However saying that, every other story about this author I've enjoyed and will I buy anymore of his books?
