Bit too expensive. Strong stuff, certainly took my breath away!

I am not sure I can honestly say whether this works or not. I was getting bitten in bed and was unsure of the culprit(s). So I stripped the bed and covers and spread those out and then treated the whole room with this.Not that easy to use as you have to ensure the room is unventillated by closing all the windows and their vents and then spray this for the time stated to cover the area you are treating. Shaking well, the whole can sprayed for about 60 seconds before emptying which means that it can cover about 6m2 as the instructions say 10 secs per 1m2. I sprayed the corner of the room and worked my way towards the door trying not to breath and then exited and closed the door. It says wait 2 hrs but in my case I went in about 3 hrs later and quickly opened all the windows. It was not that windy the day I did this and with hindsight I think a windier day would be better to blow the residual smell away. It is not really an unpleasant smell but the point is you are not meant to breath it. You are meant to wait another 90 minutes during the venting process but I think if it was windier this could happen more quickly. I tried not to breath when I went back in to re-ventillate and left the room for more than 2hrs but there was still some residual smell so tleft it a bit longer. So do not do this before bedtime.It reminded me of having a house fumigated.Honestly I have still been bitten. I am unsure though whether this is a new insect or potentially not a bed bug which is why I am hesitent to conclude either why. I may have wiped out 10,000 'innocent' bed bugs and failed to get the actual culprit for all I know. Or I may have got the culprit and then let in another one. Where is Clouseau when you need him?
