Disgusting Service from this Company
Do not buy from Hisense. After a month the TV went into an update and froze with a permanent black screen. Hisense asked me to update the TV with a USB which didn't work they then sent an engineer who said it needed to be replaced. Five weeks on and the TV hasn't been replaced and I have been accused of damaging it, and made to jump through hoops to prove my innocence. Even after the engineers confirmation that it was not accidental damage but a manufacturing defect, they are stalling with replacement. Hisense are a rogue company with a very antiquated understanding of customer service and a truly care free attitude to consumer rights, as far as Amazon are concerned, they want me to post the television back, thats right a 75inch TV needs to be posted back....wow. Good luck and think twice.

Would not buy if you don't have broadband
Product does not work with old still airel, only works with broadband and if that goes down you cannot watch TV till your provider fixes the problem and that can be days.
