excellent and very cost affective

I ordered this heated dryer because it was a great price and we needed something to help our clothes dry during the winter without having to leave the central heating on for prolonged periods of time. Pros It works effectively and heats up quickly. It was ready to be used straight out of the box with no set up needed. Its straight forward to fold up. Cons There’s no automatic switch off or timer so it’s very easy to leave on overnight/forget about. It also takes up quite a lot of space and looking back I wish I had purchased a tall heated dryer that takes up less floor space.

First of all lower your crazy high expectations. If you're someone who hasn't had one and is expecting the power of the sun. Then. Nope. And it's not as quick as a tumble dryer. That said I believe it's tones cheaper to run. And I can clear a whole clothes airer in a day presuming they're not too wet. If soaking it will take a day+. But for the ones who just want to help dry off there clothes abit quicker at a cost. Keep in mind energy is 12p-34p a day to run this and it adds up quickly. Also a note I find if you wrap one clothes item around it top and bottom you Maximise heat exposure. Plus cover in a second item it gets super toasty and drys the first item quicker while also getting a second. Another boring tip is put lots of underwear on the wings and tent them in a t shirt. All gets dryer quicker especially the underwear / small items.

the plastic already breaking

I ordered 2 of these (1 each for myself and father), and they were delivered the next day. Unfortunately the model sent through was the incorrect ones. Thankfully the seller addressed this with zero fuss and superb efficiency, a major plus in my eyes. As for the airer itself, it works wonderfully, does exactly the same as my sister in laws more expensive brand. It’s extremely lightweight, and doesn’t take long to heat up, if the power usage is as described (and I have no reason to believe any differently), then this I would say this is an essential bit of kit, which won’t break the bank in usage costs. The only minor niggle I have (and some may see this as a positive), is that the clips for the stand are tight, but I suppose this just makes it more secure.

This airer burnt the clothes it was meant to dry. It was only switched on for five minutes, but in this time the plastic housing that holds the heating rods started to melt. The clothes started to singe and it was turned straight off. I had my children in the house and was rather flustered. I contacted Amos who supplied it through Amazon and informed them of this serious safety issue. They were unconcerned and did not apologise. They did refund me for the heated airer and it was returned to them. But they refused to refund me for the clothes it ruined, even though I supplied pictures and the clothes themselves with the airer. I mentioned how serious this was, as I could have had a fire. But they tried to claim that clothes should only be left on the airer for five minutes to avoid this happening. A spurious claim that isn't mentioned anywhere in their advertising or documentation. I feel badly let down by Amos and would strongly urge you not to buy anything from them as they obviously don't care about safety.

Just arrived today, easy to set up it took two mins. Heats up within a minute or so too. Can’t wait to get some washing on there lol!

Easy to put together & to fold up & down & seems quite stable. Dries clothes quicker than if not heated but still takes a while. Quicker if move clothes around the rack a few times whilst drying. Better than nothing but not a magic bullet to replace a dryer.

No me a gustado para nada.Hay k esperar mucho para k se seque un traje de neopreno no sé si es para eso o solo para la ropa diaria.

Efficace mais trop petit Ne remplace pas un sèche linge !!

Por decir algo negativo el enchufe es inglés y se necesita un adaptador. Pero por lo demás era lo que experabamos
