Yes, you do have to cut on your fender but it literally took me 15 mins a side to put these on with an air saw. Watch the installation video on Rough Country's website. If you are not comfortable with using power cutting tools, pay a shop to do it. Nothing else comes close to this kit for the fronts if you have 35's. You will still have to do some trimming on the front of the wheel well but this kit makes the rear easy. The rear deletes are decent but didnt fit perfectly like oem. I’m sure the off brand ones fit better than this. These require you to cut metal on the front fender well, and they fit so bad, I had to heat the plastic up and reshape them. I also had to add 3 extra screws to make them stay tight. Horrible design, horrible quality.
