Flesh and Blood: Nigel McCrery (DCI Mark Lapslie)

I like crime novels; this series (soon to be 6 books) follows a dectective with a difference. Well researched, factual and easy to read, these stories are creative yet grounded. Highly recommended.

Brilliant series featuring Mark Lapslie. Very believable and a step ahead from other crime series that are not believable can't wait for the next one

Liked it because it was a bit different but yet another Police man with hang ups and problems of his own. Having said that I did enjoy it and this was the first Lapslie book I've read so have pre-ordered the next one. If you want something to sit and curl up with while it's raining I recommend this (preferably read in the dry!).

Love Mark Lapslie but this was my least favourite, I particularly enjoyed the earlier books. Going to buy Bloodline though, optimistic that It will be back on form.

Complete trash from start to finish. Utterly preposterous premise for the reason for the murders . Long ponderous and full of 'hot' air in more ways than one. wish i could have given it no stars!
