Bought this ComfiTECH Neck Ice Pack Wrap to help with neck and shoulder tension, and let me tell you — it is gloriously cold. I popped it on, leaned back, and within seconds I was chillin' like a snow queen.My husband walked in, looked at me wrapped in this frosty masterpiece and said, “What is this?” I told him, “It’s a wrap-around ice pack.” He raised an eyebrow and deadpanned, “What are you, Walt Disney?”So now I guess I’m cryogenically preserving myself between Zoom meetings. ❄️In all seriousness, the fit is comfortable, the gel stays cold for a long time, and it really helps ease tight muscles. I was going to an amusement park and knew I would need an ice pack but couldn't risk walking around without my neck brace right after surgery so this worked great! It is very flexible, not any heavier than any other ice pack, the cover is soft. I don't see how it would leak, it's like a memory foam gel pad not a jelly consistency. It works great, I wish it stayed colder longer but it does stay cold long enough to fulfill the usual recommended time for therapy. It folds up easily it's not large so it's easy to travel with.

I bought this to help with neck pain while I wait for an upcoming neck surgery. I needed an ice pack that would full cover the sides of the neck near the jugular area. It comes with a ziplock plastic bag to help prevent freezer burn, but I wish it came with a more durable fabric bag like other ice packs I've tried. I'm not sure how long the cheap plastic bag will hold up. I'm 5'0" tall so it was able to full wrap around my neck with good coverage. It's much easier to use than trying to balance a normal ice pack on my neck. There are large velcro pieces at the front to secure and adjust it, but these can be quite itchy and uncomfortable if you don't adjust them carefully. The ice pack itself is a semi-solid gel covered in a material that feels like a scuba suit. This was a great purchase. It stays cold for 20 min. It is comfortable and conforms well to the cervical region given it's pliabliity. I highly recommend it.

This is very good product. It cools off fairly quickly in the freezer and stays cold long enough to get the job done (for me). I noticed some reviewers saying it doesn't stay cold long, and if you need cold for 30 minutes you won't get it with this, but I usually get 15 minutes, and if I leave it on it continues cold enough for another 5 that I can still leave it on and get relief. The positives are that it is very comfortable, easy to use, and has a quick refreezing time (2 hours). It covers all of my neck and the top part of my shoulders (the pictures online are accurate) so when I get a headache it really helps to numb things nicely. I would definitely recommend this product!

Feels nice doesn’t stay cold long

I’ve purchased this neck wrap as I call it because sometimes in the morning when I get up, I have a stiff neck or during the day from sitting at the desk. I start turning my neck and I’m like I’m heading for that ice. You don’t have to hold it. It does not leak it around it soft material which I was really blown away with that soft material in the front it has real so it closes very well and it’s very light and yet it does it job, well worth the money well worth the money aloha from Hawaii oh, by the way I bought six of them for Christmas presents was so surprised as they got so tired of holding onto those cold compresses but the material and how this product is made it will blow your mind. OK give it a try. You will be sorry .
