I got the genuine product from this seller, as I verified with apple support and their website with my serial number, 13 pro is compact and handy and weight also average,

The first was not good and I had to call the seller to change it which he did without asking questions thanks to my new phone and the battery is working tirelessly

Terrible experience. The product was defected since the beginning. We went to apple to service it, turned out it was completely a mess. The serial number was for another iPhone (blue color 128gb) and I bought it as gold and 1tb. Apple doesn’t touch it like this. I’m taking the case ti the consumer right. This is fraud. Update. Amazon helped the situation and managed to return it.
