Are black petunias supposed to bloom white??? I quickly search google for an answer. No, black petunias do not bloom white. I was scammed, I bought a product believing the seller was selling me what was in the product description. I could have purchased a white petunia seedling at Walmart for $1.99 and skipped seeding/germination.
