Highly recommended Diamond Burrs
I highly recommend these Diamond Burrs. Most of the others out there are very small which is fine for some jobs. However, for slightly larger jobs I needed larger diamond burrs. I have read other reviews were people talk about their diamond burrs quit working after only a limited amount of usage. The thing you have to remember about these is any grinding is going to produce friction which in turn produces heat. If you use these to the point where you see any kind of glowing, you have heated them to the point that the material used to wield the diamonds to the burr lets loose and the diamond coating comes off.The key to make these last for a very long time is to constantly provide a little flow of water to the area where the burr is contacting the material you are grinding. The water will keep the burr cool and the diamonds won't come off. I use a clamp to attach the item that I'm trying to grind to a stable surface. Then I use a pint sized squirt bottle in my left hand while holding the grinding tool such as a Dremel tool in my right hand. Then I apply a small constant stream of water to the area I'm grinding.Using this method I have been able to use the diamond burrs to make holes in the bottom of ceramic pots, to create drainage holes for my bonsai work. I can use the same burr all day to make dozens of holes through the ceramic without dulling the burr. I would also use these to grind holes in glass or stone if I wanted to do that. Keeping a water flow at the point of contact is the key to making these burrs last and last and last.

Buy these and grind away your pottery boogers.
I was amazed at how good these work for removing the glass hard sharpies that live under your pottery post-kiln. They last way beyond expectations.

Seems like poor quality
Like another reviewer mentioned, seems like the diamond is more like a dust coating compared to being embedded within the bits.

Great for woodworking!
I do wood working and these are amazing to be non expensive. I'm so pleased and happy with my order! Do yourself a favor if you do work with a Dremel. Get em!

Happy with the product
Have not had time to use these yet together. Proper review. But they seem like they would work really well for what I need.
