It's plenty bright, and the ability to adjust the brightness is awesome. The RGB LEDs are cool, and I don't really have a use for it, but they're fun. The magnetic base is awesome. If I'm working on building inside of a PC, I can just stick it to the side of the base and it stays in place. If I'm doing some duct work, it sticks to the side of the ducts. This is my first flashlight with lights on the side instead of just at the end like a normal flashlight. I don't know how I could go back to a traditional flashlight now. I use the side-lights more than the front light. The light-type selector is very nifty. At first I thought I would like a traditional toggle-button more, but this light has converted me to the spinner-type selector. There's a web of instructions that makes the button and spinner seem complicated, but once you try it out, it's pretty intuitive. The build quality feels high, and it in no way feels like the manufacturer cheaped out on anything. I'm a little worried the finish would get scratched up over time, but it I don't really know of any finish that wouldn't. Overall, a real gem of a flashlight! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great flashlight, less-than-ideal interface *by C***Y on January 19, 2026* The good: - It's very bright. The front light makes a fantastic spotlight. I use it for finding building numbers and house addresses in the dark when making deliveries. The side floodlight has a much shorter range as you might expect, but does a great job up close. Haven't found much use for the RGB but it works well. - Nice build quality. The metal body feels sturdy and it has a satisfying weight to it. It's a good portable handheld size. The magnet on the bottom is strong. The bad: - As others have mentioned, the rotating wheel to switch between modes turns too easily. The notches feel extremely shallow so it doesn't really click into place, and requires almost no force to turn. This could result in it accidentally switching out of locked mode in a bag or pocket. This alone wouldn't take a star away, except when combined with the other issue: The flashlight automatically turns on when the mode is switched. So it can be in lock mode, the wheel gets rotated to the front light, and at the same time it powers on without the button being pressed. If you didn't notice that happen, this would result in the battery being drained and then you don't have a functioning flashlight when you need it. If it's stored securely and checked regularly, you should not encounter any problems. It's a really great light and I'm overall quite happy with it.
