Wasn't sure at first, but the flavor is actually really good. I’ve used it in cakes, donuts, and even homemade chocolate — works great! It came fast, well packed, and the size is perfect. Will definitely order again!

This strawberry filling is the kind that I would expect to find as jelly filling in raised doughnuts or as a light layer of filling in a cake. It has a sweet strawberry flavor with a thick jelly texture. As a pie filling, I don't like no bake fruit pies and it just doesn't have the level of strawberry that I would want in a pie. I plan on using this to make some homemade toaster pastries instead.While this does have actual strawberries, the majority of the main ingredients listed are High Fructose Corn Syrup, Water, Strawberries, Corn Syrup, and Modified Food Starch.

I have a small cake business. I bought this for filling inside of a wedding cake. I tasted it prior to using, and I did not like the flavor. It tasted like plastic like you could taste the plastic bag it was in however I used it for the cake. I hope the customers like it I will not be ordering this again I would prefer just to use pudding. this was expensive and I did not need the entire bag. No smaller options available

It was perfect in my cake and cupcakes that I made for a wedding. I would certainly buy again
